The Super Bowl is coming up this weekend and I have decided to predict the game. I think the Patriots may be in some deep trouble with this Seattle team. Seattle has a very strong defense featuring some stars such as Kam Chancellor, Bobby Wagner, Richard Sherman and Earl Thomas III. These are some of the best if not the best players of there position. The Patriots will have trouble moving the ball down the field with these hard hitters. Everyone will be tightly covered and the only way to Patriots will be able to score is through the run game. The Patriots defense will have a hard time stopping Marshawn Lynch. If they focus too much on just stopping Marshawn Lynch, Rusell Wilson (Seattle Quarterback) was mess up the New England Defense with his legs. Score 14-24 Seattle
The blizzard of the year is finally behind us and it left some surprising marks. During the storm I went near the coastline to my summer house in rock port. Up in Rockport there was very high winds and high waves. The winds had been blowing at least 70+ MPH and the wave height was 35 feet+. I have never seen waves that big, only in movies. Since the wind was very high there wasn't much snow up in Rockport. When I went home there was something much more different. There had to be 30+ inches of snow sitting in the pathway to our front door. It was higher than what I and the news stations had said. The news stations had got this one right by predicting close to if not exact amount of snow that would fall in areas off the coastline.
The blizzard of the year is coming upon us in the next couple of hours. The reports have been saying that the area I live in is getting 30+ inches of snow. The coastline will get 24+ inches of snow, 50+ MPH of wind and 15+ waves throughout this storm. I personally do not think that this storm will produce that amount of snow, wind and wave height. The news has hyped this storm a lot and when news stations do this nothing seems to happen afterwards. The storm will produce what I believe is half the amount of snow. The wind will be around 20 miles per hour and the wave height looks like it should be minimal. I cannot wait to see what happens throughout this storm and see if the news statins get this one right
Personally I'm sick and tired of hearing about the the deflate gate and all that has come from it. It is taking away from the Super Bowl and all the effort that each team has put in. What a lot of people don't understand is that cheating doesn't effect football games all too much. You still need talent, a good coach, team chemistry…ect. The patriots have all these qualities and the deflated football didn't help them at all. A deflated football would be a advantage being that you could catch the football better but wouldn't that also help the defense? It would be easier to intercept passes and pick up fumbles if they came your way. It would be a disadvantage to the quarterback because a deflated football can't be throw as far and as accurate as a football with the correct air pressure. I was at the game and the pressure had seemed to drop significantly from the time I got there (5:30) and to halftime (Approximately 8:30). The temperature had seemed to drop at least 20+ degree and rained had came in. This would make a football become more deflated as time progressed. In all I believe the deflated was nothing more than the weather effecting the game.
Fat by many people is believed to generally have a bad meaning behind it. Many believing people fats can increase your general size and weight. Fat is very important to your diet and not always bad for your health, but it is true some fats are bad for your health. There are three different types of fats triglycerides, phospholipids and sterols. Sterols are not a healthy fat which raise cholesterol levels. Fat is important to our health because it provides a shield for your inner organs. Fat can also help you process certain vitamins from foods which can be healthy. Generally too much fat will cause negative effects to your health in the long run.

I have chosen to do excerpt from the book The Adventure of Tom Sawyer by Tom Sawyer. I really like this excerpt because it's sounds mischievous and mysterious. This post is very easy to understand and contains a good plot. It makes the listener think about what's going to happen next.
When many people think of carbohydrates there's usually a bad name behind, this paragraph will help you gain knowledge or carbs and all that they can do for you.Carbohydrates can be good and bad for you it just matters which foods you eat! Carbs should be the majority of your energy source and provide 4kcal/g. A healthy persons diet should be around 45-65 percent of carbs, maintaining these percentages will help you gain a healthy life style.There are two types of carbohydrates simple and complex carbs. Simple carbohydrates contain Monosaccharides, Monosaccharides contain Fructose, Gluctose and Galactose. The other section of simple carbohydrates is Disaccharides. Disaccharides contain Maltose, Sucrose, Lactose. Then there is complex cards which contain starch, fiber, glycogen, it's better to get more complex carbs into your diet. Here are some of examples of foods that have carbs that aren't healthy are: Coke, Whoopie pies, White Bread, Snickers, Coolattas and Cereals, health bars and maple syrup. Adding these foods into your diet is an unhealthy risk but these are some foods you should add to your diet: Whole wheat bread, Apples, Beans, Peanuts, Avocados, Vegetables, Berries, low fat yogurt. Too many carbs can lead to weight gain you just have to regulate what and how much you eat. You shouldn't stay away from carbs because an excess can make you gain weight, carbs are essential to our health and without them you wouldn't be living a healthy life.
Protein is found in bones, 50% in muscles, enzymes and even in hormones. Protein is holding our holding our body together like glue. Amino acids are the build up of protein. There are non essential amino acids which are amino acids you don't have to eat to gain muscle and regulate fluids and electrolytes. There are essential amino acids that you have to eat to to gain muscle and regulate fluids and electrolytes. Protein is very important to your health as it builds up your body and regulates fluids and electrolytes but how much is too much? 10-55% of our daily intake should be protein to maintain a healthy lifestyle. There are negative effects to protein too, eating too much can be detrimental to your health. Eating too much will cause the extra protein to go into the fat storage in your body. Above are some prime examples of protein.

The kitchen light beamed down onto a blank sheet of paper and a newly sharpened pencil. The clock had gone from 6:25-6:40 in what felt like an instant. My mind filled with nothing at all, thinking but not about the writing task ahead. My mind and my body fill with frustration after half an hour passes with nothing on my paper. My Mom suddenly appears behind my back, stopping her task and now focusing on mine. She promptly asks "What's the problem?". I reply with frustration "There is nothing in this world to write about". It takes my Mom about 30 seconds to list about 5 different topics to write about. My mind filled with the picture on my upcoming story. Almost 5 minutes passed and I was almost finished. I knew what I was going to write before I even started the next sentence. My mind was like a machine, it didn't stop coming out with new ideas. Soon I ran out of those ideas, packed up my stuff and thanked my mMom for the help.
I wouldn't be able to do my daily routine within it my Mom. My Mom does all the little things and she works behind the scenes to get what needs to be done, done. For example I was heading to the Patriots game Monday night. The forecast had said it would be rainy and cold, we had owned no rain or winter gear. My Mom took time off of her free day to go get Me rain gear for the game. As I look back on all the times my Mom has helped me I feel that I have taken for granted what she does every day to help me out.
Everyone needs a person that does all the little things to help you get through your day. They go out of their way to help you out through out the day. It may be as simple as picking you up from school or giving you breakfast. We wouldn't be the people we are today without those people.
My Mom is the most helpful person someone could have.
"Your big opportunity may be right where you are now"
The lights flickered in old the musty gym as I stepped onto the court. Waiting for my coach to call my name. The opportunity came, it was late in the game, kids were tired and I was ready to go, my coach called my name. I ripped off my shooting shirt. I shuffled nervously over to the three point line and stared at the time on the clock, it read 4.2 seconds. I knew I was one of the options to take the final shot and win the game. I was scared but at the same time I embraced the opportunity that I might take the final shot. The ref slid that'll to my teammate out of bounds. The play was ran and the ball was thrown to a player on my team. The ball flicked off his fingers and the ball ounces right in front on the free throw line, right where I was standing.
I wasn't supposed to shoot that shot, it was given to a teammate not me. I wasn't even supposed to touch the ball, I was the third option. The ball happened to come to me. I took my opportunity to win the game and embraced it. Opt unities come and go, take them as they come.
The ball sat in my hand and I let the ball fly off my hand. The clock with no time left, the ball traveling towards the hoop, over the front of the rim and in. The crowd had roared and my teammates had ran towards me as happy as me. I walked off the court like it was nothing at all, showing no emotion on the outside but feeling elastic on the inside. After the game my coach came up to me and congratulated me on making the right decision to shoot and making it.
Take every opportunity that is given to you, you may miss out on something big. Embracing ever opportunity like it's your last is what will get you through life. I have learned that I should take every opportunity and be happy I took that opportunity no matter the outcome. Every opportunity we take is what makes us who we are.
Opportunities can be as common as a home run or as rare as a grand slam, take advantage of every one.
